We want all of our customers to be satisfied! If you’re not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.
If your piece is undamaged, we offer a full refund, minus a $20 restocking fee.
If your piece has been damaged in any way, contact us. We will assess the damage and arrange repairs if possible.

Most of our pieces are suitable for ambient light only, not as a primary light source for a room.
WLED gives you the ability to reduce the brightness if you find the light too bright.

WLED is an open-source project for controlling LED lights. It provides a virtually endless combination of animation and color effects.
All of our pieces include a set of effects that we have curated to compliment your piece. These effects will play automatically when you plug in your piece. You can use the piece as-is, or personalize the effects to your liking.
WLED can be controlled via a mobile app or web browser by connecting to its wireless access point. It does not connect to your home network unless you configure it to do so.

Many of our pieces use WLED controllers with short USB connectors.
If you need a longer cable, we recommend USB extension cables, which can be purchased inexpensively on Amazon (and other retailers). Be sure to get a cable with USB type A female connection on one end.
Many power strips also include USB connections that will also work. USB power banks can be used for portable installations.
We don’t provide extension cables since everyone has different needs. We’re happy to make specific recommendations if needed.
